Why a phone-first invoice app
For many small businesses the phone is the only computer. An invoice app that needs a desktop for setup, or that stops when the network does, does not fit how they work. billinginfo starts on the phone: sign in with your mobile number and OTP or Google, add your business, and the first bill is a few taps away. The web app is there for long bills and reports on a big screen, with the same data.
Installing
billinginfo runs on Android 8 and newer. For now the app is downloaded from this website rather than an app store: get the app, open the downloaded file, and allow your browser to install apps if Android asks. The download is small and updates are offered inside the app.
What you can make
Sales invoices, bills of supply, quotations, proforma invoices, delivery challans, credit and debit notes, purchase orders, payment receipts and returns. Each has its own number series and can be printed in A4, A5 or thermal size, with your logo, signature, bank details and UPI QR.

Your records are backed up to our servers. Sign in on a new phone and they come back.
