Students and batches
Guardian, mobile, roll number, batch and admission date for each student. Batches with timing, teacher, seats and a default fee plan.
Fee plans and schedules
Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, one-time or instalments, with admission or kit fees and a discount in ₹ or %. Every due date is filled in from the admission date.
Late fees
A flat late fee or a fee per day, with grace days and a cap, suggested when you collect and always editable.
Receipts that keep the books right
Type the amount and it goes to the oldest dues first. The fee receipt shows the balance still due, and every receipt also makes an invoice and payment, so cash, bank and GST reports stay right.
Reminders
See who is overdue and send each parent a ready-made reminder message, one tap per parent. Nothing is sent without you.
Attendance and reports

The Education module switches on by itself when your industry type is Education, and any business can turn it on in Business Settings → Industry modules. Which GST applies to coaching fees?
Coaching, tuition and test prep are set to 18% by default. A school or institute giving a qualification recognised by law can switch on “Recognised educational institution” to mark its fees exempt. Every rate stays editable.
Are reminders sent automatically?
No. The dues list shows who is overdue; one tap opens your messaging app with the reminder ready to send.
How do I switch on the Education tools?
They come on by themselves when your industry type is Education. Otherwise open Business Settings → Industry modules and switch on Education. Industry modules are part of the Plus, Pro and Max plans, on the phone and in the web app.
