Is billinginfo free to use?
Yes. You can get started with the Free plan for billing and day-to-day business management. Premium is coming soon; any future paid features and terms will be shown before you subscribe.
Is my business data safe?
Your information is stored on secure cloud servers, with encryption in transit and automatic backups. We do not sell your data. No service can guarantee absolute security. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Does it work offline?
Sign-in, cloud backup, multi-device sync and online sharing need an internet connection. Full offline operation is not guaranteed; keep a connection available so your latest records can sync.
Can I use it for GST filing?
billinginfo includes GSTR-1, GSTR-2 and GSTR-3B reports to help you prepare your records. It does not file your returns for you. Review the figures with your accountant and submit returns through the appropriate GST filing service.
Can I manage multiple businesses?
You can add your business details during setup. For multiple businesses, contact support@billinginfo.in to confirm the setup available in your app version.
Can my staff use billinginfo?
Yes. Staff can use their own logins with roles. Assign access based on their responsibilities and remove access when someone leaves your business.
