Terms of Service
These terms explain the responsibilities that come with using billinginfo. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What the service provides
billinginfo is an Android app for managing GST invoices, purchases, quotations, returns, delivery challans, parties, inventory, payments, expenses and reports. It also offers staff roles, an online store with WhatsApp ordering, invoice sharing, cloud backups and multi-device sync. You must be at least 18 to use it.
Your account and business records
Provide accurate account details and protect your device and sign-in credentials. You are responsible for the business information you enter, including GSTINs, tax rates, invoice details and reporting figures. Check your records before sharing them or using them for tax filings.
billinginfo helps organise your records; it does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice and does not file GST returns for you. You remain responsible for meeting filing, payment and record-keeping obligations.
Acceptable use
Use billinginfo only for lawful business purposes. Do not create fraudulent invoices, upload information you have no right to use, misuse another person's data, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service or use it to distribute harmful material. Obtain the permissions needed for any customer, supplier or staff information you enter.
Staff accounts
You are responsible for inviting staff, assigning suitable roles and reviewing their access. Staff must use their own authorised accounts. Remove access promptly when someone no longer needs it. Actions taken by staff on behalf of your business remain your business's responsibility.
Free use and future subscriptions
A Free plan is currently available. Premium plans are coming soon. Before any paid subscription is offered, we will clearly show its features, price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation process and refund conditions. No subscription payment is authorised simply by accepting these terms. Any payments will be processed through Razorpay.
Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep billinginfo available, but maintenance, connection problems and third-party interruptions may affect access. Sign-in, payments and WhatsApp sharing depend on the relevant providers. Keep copies of important records and check that your data has synced.
Your data and ending use
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. You can stop using the app and request account deletion. Records subject to legal retention requirements may be kept for the legally required period. We may restrict access where use breaches these terms or harms the service or other users.
Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, billinginfo is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate data you enter, missed tax obligations, unauthorised sharing by you or your staff, or failures outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or business interruption. These terms do not exclude any liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them as the service changes and will publish the revised terms and effective date on this page. For questions or concerns, contact support@billinginfo.in.
