Delete your account

You can delete your billinginfo account in the app, or send a request here if you cannot access it.

Delete in the app

  1. Open billinginfo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to More → Account Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Review the details and follow the confirmation steps.

What happens to your information

Deletion removes your account and associated personal and business information, including your profile, business details, invoices, items, parties and payments, except records that must legally be retained. It also ends access to the account. Save any records you need before requesting deletion.

Records we may need to retain

GST records and other information the law requires may be kept up to the legally required period. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup lifecycle. Copies of invoices you have already shared remain with their recipients.

Request deletion here

Enter the mobile number linked to your billinginfo account. We may contact you to verify ownership before completing deletion. Submitting this form requests deletion; it does not immediately delete your account.

Use your 10-digit Indian number, optionally with +91.

Please do not include passwords, OTPs or payment details.
