What is FEFO?
First Expiry, First Out. When you bill an item that has batches, billinginfo offers the batch that expires soonest first, so older stock goes out before it expires.
Can I import my existing items?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file; billinginfo reads the columns by their headings, including batch, expiry and MRP. Or pick products from the Items Library.
Does it support different GST rates on items?
Yes. Each item has its own GST rate and HSN code, and the HSN list suggests the current rate.
Is billinginfo free?
Yes. Billing, stock, parties, payments, expenses, reports and backup are free. Invoices on the Free plan carry a small “Made with billinginfo” mark. Premium is coming soon; we will show its price and what it adds before anyone can buy it.
